DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
The
practices of Optimum Chi, Inc. are based on modalities learned through
advanced Holistic Health Practitioner training and is in no way
affiliated with the clinical principles and practices of Marriage
& Family Therapy as indicated by the Board of Behavioral Science
- unless otherwise specified. It is based solely on the physical,
mental, and emotional practice of feeling grounded in the mind and
body.

All information and feedback given are based on suggestion and it
is up to the participant to make their own choices. You will participate
in the Empowerment Boot Camp at your own risk, assuming full responsibility
of the outcome and your personal welfare.

CONFIDENTIALITY
AGREEMENT
We at Optimum Chi uphold this agreement, however are not responsible
if this agreement is broken by other attendees. We ask that each
person sign the following Confidentiality Agreement before the EBC
commences:
Regarding
yourself:
I understand that all of the information that I provide in this
workshop will not be disclosed unless one or more of the following
occurs:
• You sign a release form
• There is any information that indicates you intend to harm
yourself and/or others
• There is any information regarding suspected harm to a child
• There is any information regarding suspected harm to an
elder
Regarding others:
I promise that I shall hold in confidence all information regarding
fellow participants and clients of this workshop. I will not violate
the confidential relationships between others and myself in attendance.

BOOT CAMP MEMBERSHIP* entitles you:
1. One free initial EBC, and any future EBCs thereafter
you and a guest can attend for $99 per person.
2. To send someone
in your place, and they can bring a friend for for a discounted
fee of $149 for each person.
3. Special discounts for all EBC events.

LIFETIME
EBC MEMBERSHIP*
There is a difference between the EBC Membership and the LIfetime
EBC Membership. We only offered the Lifetime EBC Membership
for the first two boot camps.
So, for those
of you who had the opportunity to purchase the Lifetime Membership
to EBCs, here are the rules:
1. You
cannot send someone in your place for free, however...
2. You
can send someone in your place and they can bring a friend
for for a discounted fee of $149 for each person.

the right to discontinue EBCs at any time. In the event that you
have paid for a future EBC and the event is discontinued, you will
receive a full refund.

REFUNDS
We are
so confidant that this will be a life-changing event for you. If
after completing the two-day boot camp you are not satisfied we
will refund your money 100%,
except for the original $50.00 Registration Fee.
YOU MUST stay for the entire boot camp. This will allow you to experience
what EBC offers to it's fullest. Leaving in the middle will interrupt
a powerful process that you have already begun by showing up and
will not allow you to experience the EBC it it's entirety.
Non-Attendance:
REFUNDS for non-attendance is given up until two weeks prior to
the Boot Camp. After that, there are no refunds, however you will
be able to apply your balance to the next Empowerment Boot Camp.
In the event that there is not another EBC, you will receive a refund
less the $50 registration fee.
When
Purchased at an Event:
There
are no refunds on any additional EBCs or Advanced EBCs when purchased
at an event (i.e. EBC or promotional event).
