GETTING GROUNDED WHY WE DO IT : HOW WE DO IT

What is it?

GETTING GROUNDED is a remote wellness group customized to fit the "grounding" needs of your population.

To be "grounded" is to feel balanced and strong mentally and physically. This program helps each individual to develop a healthy, effective grounding practice through various internal modalities using body-mind integration - such as meditation, relaxation, physical movement, verbal expression, and breathing exercises.

The practice of grounding is designed to maximize performance and awareness in all aspects of life. Specifically, using these practices on a daily basis can enable you to achieve ideal results in your work efforts, whatever the task may be.

We come directly to you and teach a regimen that helps you to get grounded. We assess what you need and then custom-design a program to fit those needs. The only thing you do is show up.

We offer specialized programs for businesses, students, and athletes of all levels. Whether it's meeting a deadline, completing an assignment, preparing for a presentation, getting ready for a big game, or selling to potential clients - the OPTIMUM CHI, Inc. practice enables clearer, more effective, output and production, as well as improved physical health.

Taking into consideration how potentially hectic life can be - we bring this regimen directly to you in a format that is simple, practical, and always accessible. The regimen involves easy exercises and techniques, designed for individuals of all ages, shapes, and sizes.

In a short time, we teach you the essentials needed for attaining optimum chi in a way that enables you to learn quickly, and effectively - to the point where each individual is empowered to be independent in their practice.

Like any new sport, technique, or learning - attaining optimum chi requires practice. And, with every practice there is a regimen. This is when our services come into play.
