What is
it?
GETTING GROUNDED
is a remote wellness group customized to fit the "grounding"
needs of your population.
To be "grounded"
is to feel balanced and strong mentally and physically. This program
helps each individual to develop a healthy, effective grounding
practice through various internal modalities using body-mind integration
- such as meditation, relaxation, physical movement, verbal expression,
and breathing exercises.
The practice
of grounding is designed to maximize performance and awareness in
all aspects of life. Specifically, using these practices on a daily
basis can enable you to achieve ideal results in your work efforts,
whatever the task may be.
We come directly
to you and teach a regimen that helps you to get grounded. We assess
what you need and then custom-design a program to fit those needs.
