1. What
makes the EMPOWERMENT BOOT CAMP unique?
What EBC offers
may not seem unique: a more fulfilling life, better relationships,
financial and career success, etc. These are what you see with most
seminar offers.
However,
the methodologies of EBC are unique. They integrate the voice,
body, mind, and breath as well as psychotherapy and holistic health.
The tools and exercises you will learn and practice are designed
educate and show you specifically what is needed for your own personal
emotional workout.
Some seminars
leave you wanting more - the information learned is short-lived
and challenging to maintain. What you experience and gain at the
EBC is designed for you to have true shifts - and to create permanent
learning of how to actually live what some seminars only offer.

2. Why
did you decide to create the EBC?
Marnina Reid
and Aimee Zakrewski have been practicing and teaching the methods
to be used at the boot camp in their personal daily living, as well
as their own private practices with individuals and groups. In doing
so, they have experienced their own personal empowerment, and witnessed
an outstanding number of people do the same, especially in the strength
of a group format.

3. What
do you mean by "holistic"?
In a nutshell,
we view "holistic" in two ways:
1. Assessing
and taking care of your whole self: physically, mentally, emotionally,
spiritually, and relationally,
2. Using methods that dynamically acknowledge the body and mind
- through voice, body, mind, and breath exercises.

4. What
is the schedule of the EBC?
The EBC is a
two-day event. Registration begins on Saturday the 17th at 7:45am.
Actual boot camp begins at 9:00am and lasts to approximately 10pm
for both days. The intention is to find EMPOWERMENT in the five
major areas of life: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and
social. This will include, but is not limited to:
1. Getting educated on what it means to take care of yourself in
each area
2. Getting clear & specific on how you take care of yourself
in each area
3. Learn and experience different tools and methods for each area
4. Identify what negative learning & beliefs you may have in
each area
5. Learn exercises to remove negative learning & beliefs
6. Identify needs, and intentions, for each area
7. Get clear on ways to get these needs and intentions met

5. What
types of exercises and methods will be used at the EBC?
Although we
hope that you will allow yourself the element of surprise and trust,
here is an overview of the types of exercises and methods you may
experience:
All activities
are logical, practical, and meant to teach you in an assertive and
compassionate way. Some of the "holistic" exercises include
breathing, bioenergetics, yoga, and meditation.
We will also be doing body-mind-breath exercises designed to remove
negative learning & beliefs that you may have in the above areas,
and replace them with new learning & beliefs that work for you.

psychotherapy and holistic health. Together, they see the power
of this partnership. AimeeÕs psychotherapy background allows you

created mental, emotional, and social empowerment.
Their holistic
