Our mission is to provide a teaching that enables individuals to maximize their energy and performance,
empowering them to attain optimal balance, effectiveness, and fulfillment in all aspects of life.

FOR THE ATHLETE...more info coming soon!

To put it simply, "GET GROUNDED" enables athletes of all levels to maximize their performance and feel more confident no matter what the sport, or what the context.

With the understanding of how thinking too much can turn a match around in a split-second, we have customized a program just for athletes designed to calm the mind and stay focused.

The pressure of performance in any athletic game can be nerve-wrecking. One of the main necessities of any sport is composure - to be able to stay strong and focused no matter what the score or what the demand.

Whether it's making that final putt, completing on a field goal, or placing that shot in the upper left-hand corner with three defenders on your back - getting grounded will allow you to maintain that composure consistently and with confidence.

With this in mind, we have designed a regimen based on several body-mind modalities, such as inner-core strength building, visualization, relaxation, stretching, and breathing exercises.

The primary goal of the athlete-geared "GET GROUNDED" group is to settle the mind and allow each individual to gain optimal composure, confidence, and body-mind strength - three characteristics that can help you to become the next Tiger, Michael Jordan, Mia, Swoops, Jeter, De La Hoya - you name it. Getting grounded can help you to get there.

The CO-FOUNDERS of Optimum Chi have both played competitve soccer, including college soccer. In doing so, they both bring their own experience as athletes to the grounding exercises and techniques.
